FAQ: Studio CLMBR Denver

Q: When is the last day the studio will be open?

A: The final day of operation at Studio CLMBR Denver (Cherry Creek) will be January 4, 2026.

Q: Why is the studio closing?

A: From its inception, the Studio CLMBR was built to serve as a proof of concept—a way to showcase what’s possible with the CLMBR machine. We’ve accomplished what we set out to do: validate the experience, build a passionate community, and demonstrate the power of vertical climbing in a group fitness environment.

Our primary mission is not focused on running fitness studios but rather supporting others—trainers, entrepreneurs, and operators—in bringing the CLMBR experience to life in their own spaces. With our lease coming to an end, this marks a natural and intentional close to our studio operations.

Q: Is CLMBR shutting down as a company?

A: No—CLMBR remains fully operational. We’re focused on continuing to expand our reach through at-home machines, digital training content, and commercial fitness partnerships in the U.S. and internationally.

Q: Will you be opening a new studio in Denver?

A: At this time, CLMBR as a company has no plans to open any additional Studio CLMBR locations. We remain focused on helping others integrate CLMBR into their fitness environments. Today, CLMBR machines can be found in a growing number of gyms and training facilities across the U.S. and internationally. With our lease coming to an end, this marks a natural and intentional conclusion to our studio operations.

Q: What happens to my unused class credits?

A: You may continue using any outstanding class credits through January 4th, 2026. We encourage you to book remaining sessions early.

Q: Will I be charged for my membership moving forward?

A: No. All autopay memberships will be canceled automatically. Your current billing cycle will be your last charge.

Q: Can I request a refund for unused packs or membership time?

A: Please reach out to studiomanager@clmbr.com for individual account review and support.

Q: Can I transfer my credits or membership to another location?

A: Studio CLMBR Denver was our only in-person studio, so there is no alternate location for transfer. However, CLMBR remains active through our at-home and commercial platforms.

Q: Will there be any final community events or special classes before the studio closes?

A: We’re working on a few ways to celebrate and thank our Denver community. Stay tuned for announcements about final events and special classes in December/January.

Q: Can I buy a CLMBR machine or get a discount as a studio member?

A: We’d love to keep you climbing. Exclusive offers for current studio members will be shared soon—stay tuned via email.

Q: How do I access CLMBR workouts after the studio closes?

A: CLMBR is available at gyms throughout the U.S. and beyond. Colorado Athletic Club Tabor Center/16th Street has several CLMBR machines and also offers group CLMBR classes. CLMBR also offers a Connected experience with on-demand classes through our at-home machines and digital app. You can learn more at CLMBR.com.
